Ron Jurincie brings a dedication to quality and customer service, along with nearly two decades of experience bartending and managing for companies such as Darden, Friday's, MorCo, Hooters and countless independents.
Ron has worked F&B in JohsonCity, Knoxville and Nashville Tennessee, Key West, Miami, Portland Oregon, Rochester, Vail, Tahoe, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Baton Rouge and more.
Ron also has BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University Of Tennessee and after years writing iOS software, is thrilled to be back in the food business... his original love.
Executive Chef, Kurt Oechsle, brings 30 years of Chef experience to BuKu.
As a culinary graduate from Kendall College, he has been blessed to apply his skills in cities across the US.
